Rooted Behavior and Learning is a practice started with the mission to service clients, as they are and as whole individuals- beginning with regulation and connection. The goal of Rooted Behavior and Learning is to grow a collaborative community of likeminded professionals who share these values.

At Rooted Behavior and Learning, we believe that therapy and learning should come easily. Services are provided in the daily environments which they are needed, whether that be in home or in the community. Therapy services will start with an intake process, that will help me as a professional understand the client and their goals as fully as possible, in order to provide meaningful and engaging therapeutic servics.

Behavioral Therapy is offered direct to clients from Abby Ludke, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Intervention Specialist, dedicated to a client centered approach. Abby utilizes her team of connected therapists including Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and Child Psychologists in order to ensure that all programming is meeting needs across skill areas. At Rooted Behavior and Learning, across all ages, our approach is deeply client-centered: the priority is always helping the client feel confident in themselves and naturally engaged in the work.

All therapies offered occur either in home or in the community. This lends to a natural incorporation of family and community supports within our sessions. At Rooted Behavior and Learning, we understand that no one exists in isolation. We are happy to offer sessions tailored specifically to training and development to help families and caregivers understand how they can respond to their persons needs with the most effective support and compassion.

As an Intervention Specialist I have extensive experience working with the school systems and understand that sometimes it can feel like they are speaking a different language made up of acronyms and policies. I am happy to advocate for my clients needs across settings- whether this be schools, daycares, or other therapy agencies; a collaborative approach is always welcome when it will benefit the client.
